   FIELD FOCUS RESET
   -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Loaded last on every layout, public and admin. It does two things that no
component stylesheet can do on its own.

   1. FOCUS. A form field draws nothing when it takes focus. Every per-component
focus style — the red border, the ring, the glow, the background swap — was
removed from the stylesheet that declared it, but a browser still paints
its OWN ring on any field that no rule reaches: a bare <input> in an admin
screen, a third-party widget, a field added next week. This closes that off
      once, for all of them.

Only input, textarea and select are named here. Links, buttons, summaries
and anything else keep their focus ring, which is what a keyboard user
navigates by; a text field shows the caret instead.

   2. AUTOFILL. Chrome paints an autofilled field with a background AND a text
colour of its own (the pale blue strip, black text).

The background comes from the UA stylesheet as !important, so an author
rule can never replace it — but it CAN be transitioned, and a transition
long enough never arrives. The field keeps whatever background its own
rules give it. Firefox is the same idea through :autofill.

The text colour is the other half, and it is the half that broke the dark
theme: Chrome resolves its autofill text to black unless the page declares
a dark `color-scheme`, so a remembered email and password were painted
black on a near-black field and read as blank. -webkit-text-fill-color is
an author-settable property (unlike the background), and currentColor
hands the field back its OWN colour — so this stays right in light mode
and dark, with no colour named here that would have to be kept in sync.

The two autofill rules are kept apart on purpose: a selector list is
dropped whole by a browser that does not know one pseudo-class in it, so
:-webkit-autofill and :autofill must never share a list.

Nothing in this file touches a resting style.
